13.1 The Airfield on Betio has two types of runways (B7). All dark gray runway hexes (EX: hex J29) are paved; all light gray runway hexes (EX: hex K29) are taxiways. Predominantly open ground hexes (B.1) with a significant amount of runway terrain (EX: L39, M40, H51) are nevertheless considered Airfield hexes, although road movement in such hexes is treated normally. Units may entrench in a taxiway hex with a +2 DRM. Direct Fire attacks that incur Wall TEM do not receive the -1 DRM (B7.3). Units on/adjacent to an Airfield hex need not take a Movement DR (El.531).
