4. Palm Trees

4.1: Whenever PTO Terrain (G.1) is in effect, all orchard hexes become palm tree hexes.¹⁵ Each palm tree hex is treated as a normal orchard hex except as stated otherwise. Palm trees are always in season, and their Kindling and Spread numbers are "11". AFV Riders are allowed in palm tree hexes.
