3. PRINTED RUBBLE

3.1 The RF maps depicts numerous printed rubble Locations (EX: hex RBR42 contains printed stone rubble; hex RBR43 contains printed wooden rubble), all of which are treated exactly as if a corresponding rubble counter were in that Location [EXC: 3.2]. Ignore small portions of the artwork extending across a hexside into an adjacent non-rubble Location; the presence of these fragments serves only to reinforce the fact that, as Inherent Terrain rubble blocks all same-level LOS traced along the rubble hexside.

3.2 CLEARANCE: For Clearance purposes (B24.71), the only printed rubble that is considered Fallen is that which lies in a road or gully Location. Furthermore, the last sentence of B24.71 is negated for all RF scenarios.

3.3 CELLARS: Printed rubble Locations never have a RB Cellar Location "beneath" them (6.6).

3.4 RUBBLE-WIDE CITY BOULEVARD HEXES: A Wide City Boulevard (4.) covered by rubble is treated as non-existent (B3.43). Therefore, road bonus (B3.4) and the ½-MP road rate are NA in a Wide City Boulevard hex covered by rubble except via TB. Guns eligible to set up in rubble (B23.423; C2.7) may be Emplaced (C11.2) and set up HIP (A12.34) in such a hex. Dash (A4.63) and Street Fighting (A11.8) are still NA.
